Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials

 

A Phase III randomized, double-blinded, multicenter study to assess the efficacy of ZD4054 in patients with non-metastatic, castrate-resistant prostate cancer with rising serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels despite medical or surgical castration.

 

Enthuse M0, randomized 1:1 ZD4054 10 mg PO daily or Placebo PO www.astrazenecaoncology.com

 

Tumor type:

Non-metastatic, castrate-resistant prostate cancer

Purpose:

To assess the efficacy and safety of ZD4054 in improving overall survival and progression-free survival

Primary endpoint:

Overall survival and progression-free survival

Secondary endpoints:

Safety and tolerability, PSA progression, quality of life, symptomatic progression
